Shipping Policy

Shipping Info:

Most orders are shipped by UPS, Truck freight orders ship by a carrier of our choice. Orders can not ship to a P.O. Box.

Fulfillment Time:

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders with expedited shipping options (Next Day or 2nd Day) must be placed by 12:00pm central time to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm central will ship the following business day.

Shortages & Damages:

Any shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date. Anything past 7 days from the delivery date will not be granted. No Exceptions!

Shipping/Freight Specials:

Shipping specials are only valid for the continental U.S. and ships by a carrier of our choice. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Order shipping truck freight do not qualify for shipping specials.

Export Shipments:

Shipments sent outside of the U.S. are subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which you (the buyer) will be responsible to pay.

Collect or Third Party Account Billing:

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses, so the UPS account will be billed for each shipment made. Any damaged or lost shipment claims are between the collect or third party account holder and the carrier.

UPS Services

  • UPS Ground - Transit & delivery is Monday thru Friday. No deliveries on the weekend
  • UPS Next Day Air - Transit & delivery is Monday thru Friday. No deliveries on the weekend*
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Transit & delivery is Monday thru Friday. No deliveries on the weekend*
  • *Saturday delivery service is available in some locations for an additional charge. Contact us for a quote on this service as the Saturday delivery options are not available online.

Return Policy

Return Info:

Prior to sending anything back, you must email us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Make sure you have the order number, item number(s) and quantities that you need to return. Products can be returned within 30 days from the order date.

  • RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Put a copy of the invoice or packing slip inside the package
  • Returns without RMA or any authorization may be refused
Restock Fees:
  • Standard belts - 25% restock fee
  • 30% Returns on Any style banded belts
  • No Returns on Micro rib and variable speed belts and Timing Belts
Non-Returnable Products:
  • Micro rib and variable speed belts
  • Timing Belts
  • Clearance Or Discontinued Items
  • Special Order
  • Products that are used, damaged or have grease/oil or any other contaminants on it.
  • Any product that does not appear to be in new condition
Shipping Charges:
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility (unless we made an error)
Damaged Returns:
  • Be sure the products are properly packaged before shipping. We are not responsible and do not refund products that are damaged during transit back to us. This will be between you and the shipping carrier.
  • Take extra insurance on the package if desired. Consult with the carrier regarding their insurance policies and coverage's.
Traceable Shipment:

Its highly recommend to obtain a tracking number from the carrier you use. We're not responsible for the credit if the shipment does not arrive back to our warehouse.

Refused Shipments:

Please follow the above return instructions for a proper return. Refusing a shipment will result in a deduction from your refund for the following. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

  • Restock Fee (Fees per product type listed above)
  • A deduction of the UPS $16.40 refusal fee.
  • Deduction of the return shipping charges.
Return & Refund Time Frame:

Returns are normally processed 1-2 times a week. It may take up to 3-5 business days after the refund was processed to appear on your statement.
