What is the difference between aramid and Kevlar?
Nothing! Aramid is the industry term for a heat-resistant, high strength synthetic fiber. Kevlar** is a trademarked name for an aramid fiber.

Are your products in stock?
Yes! We show the current On-hand quantity in the sub category & product pages. The On-hand quantity is live, but can be off from time to time (Very Rare). Below are two photos showing where we list the On-hand quantity.

How can I get a matched set?
You must specify matched set when ordering! Enter matched set in the notes section located at the bottom of the checkout. We do NOT honor replacements if matched set was not noted. This is only needed if the belts are running parallel.
Are your belts good quality?
VERY GOOD QUALITY! Quality is our #1 concern when it comes to the products that we sell. All belts meet and exceed DIN, RMA, ISO, BS, API, JIS, ASAE standards. Plus, the factory is ISO 9001:2008 certified for quality assurance.
How do your lawn mower belts compare to the OEM?
Just as good if not better! All the lawn mower belts are manufactured to the same specifications and materials as the OEM. All the lawn mower belts we offer are dependable due to their strength, durability and overall performance.
How soon will my orders ship?
Most orders ship the same day and some ship the next business day if ordered later in the day. Larger orders may take an additional day to ship. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air must be placed by 12:00pm CST to ship the same day. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Orders do NOT ship on the weekend or on holidays.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when the order is shipped. The tracking number may not register on the carrier’s website until the evening hours.
When will I receive my order?
Pretty quick! Belts are shipped from 8 warehouse across the US, so we will ship from the closest location that can fulfill your complete order. Most customers receive their order within 2-3 business days. (Sometime sooner and sometimes longer) Excludes Weekends & Holidays! We do offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air for customers who need their order by a certain day.
Can I call an order in?
Yes! However, we strongly encourage the order to be placed online for quick processing. We cannot take responsibility for errors on phone orders.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from 8 warehouses across the US. We will ship your order from the closest location that has complete stock to fulfill your entire order.
Can I see the status of my order?
Yes! When you’re logged in under “MY ACCOUNT” you’ll see a section labeled “Track Your Recent Orders”, which will show the current status of your order.

  • Shipping – Your order has been fulfilled and shipped
Can I change, cancel or add to my order after I submit the order?
Sorry, but we do NOT allow the order to be canceled, changed, added to, or combined with another order. This is due to a large volume of orders being processed through an automatic system.
Can I return items if I ordered incorrectly?
Can I reference a PO or Work Order number?
Yes! In the checkout, we have a field labeled “Do you need to reference a PO or Job number”, where you can enter this reference number. This will appear on the packing slip and/or the shipping label.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all orders via UPS only. Shipping specials are shipped by a carrier of our choice (Usually UPS Ground and sometimes SpeeDee). Large truck freight orders are primarily shipped by R&L Carriers
Can I bill my own UPS account number?
Yes! Simply enter your account number in the notes section at the bottom of the checkout page. Please specify if its billing collect or 3rd Party and provide the registered address to the account number. (This will prevent delays in processing your order) The shipping charge will be removed upon UPS account validation. Your credit card is only “authorized”, so when the order ships the credit card will only be charged (Captured) for the products less the shipping.

Do you offer open accounts?
Yes! You’ll need to fill out a credit application to see if you qualify for an open account. Download credit app here. However, we do require the first order to be placed with a credit card to establish an account with us.
Do you accept purchase orders from school districts?
Yes! We must receive a signed purchase order on a school letterhead. Terms will be Net 30. All invoices are emailed, so please include the accounting departments email address. You can send the PO to us under the contact us page, which has an option to upload a file..
Do you sell my information?
NEVER! Your information will NEVER be sold and is only used to process your order and for history purposes.

Do you flood my inbox with promotional or marketing emails?
No! We only send promotional emails to customers that are signed up for our newsletter. It’s not very often that we send promotional/marketing emails, so don’t be afraid to sign up to our newsletter for occasional sales and promotions.

No worries! You can reset your password by clicking the “MY ACCOUNT” tab, then enter your email address and finally click ‘Reset My Password’. A link will be sent to your email that will allow you to enter a new password. The link sent to your email will be valid for 10 minutes.
