Shipping Policy:

  1. All orders will ship via UPS only. Truck freight orders will ship by a carrier of our choice. Order can not ship to PO Boxes. (Freight special orders will ship by a carrier of our choice)
  2. Freight specials are only valid for the Continental US only. Excludes Alaska & Hawaii
  3. Expedited shipping options (UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, UPS 3rd Day) must be placed by 12:00pm CST to ship the same day. Weekends and holidays are not shipping, delivery or transit days. Subject to product availability
  4. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date. Anything past 7 days from the delivery date will not be granted. No Exceptions!
  5. UPS collect or third party accounts will be billed for each shipment made for any single order.  Some orders may ship from multiple locations if there is insufficient stock within a single warehouse.

Return Policy:

  1. Prior to returning return products back to VBelts4Less, you must contact customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Be sure to include our product number and quantity per item that you need to return.
    • RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
    • Put a copy of the invoice or packing slip inside the package
    • Returns without RMA or any authorization may be refused

  1. Products can be returned within 3 months (90 days) from the original order date.
  2. Discontinued and special order products are non-returnable. Customer service will advise if an item has been marked as discontinued.
  3. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
    • Standard belts - 15% restock fee
    • Any style banded belts - 30% restock fee
    • Micro rib and variable speed belts - 30% restock fee
    • Timing belts - 30% restock fee
    • Sheaves, Pulleys & Bushings - 30% restock fee
    • Mower blades - 30% restock fee
  4. Products being returned must be in new condition in order to be accepted for credit. We reserve the right to reject any credits if the products do not appear to be in new condition.
    • Belts must be free from grease, dirt, oil or any other contaminates nor show any signs of being used.
    • Blades must show no signs of being mounted/installed, used, dented or rusted.
    • Sheaves and pulleys must show no signs of being mounted, dented, rusted or used.
  5. Customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges.
  6. Refused Shipments: Any shipment that is refused by the customer will be subject to a restock fee (Fees listed above) and a deduction of the return shipping charges back to the shippers location. Original shipping charge is not refunded.
